Comprehensive supply of natural high-methane gas (group E) for the Sports and Recreation Centre in Łazy for a period of 12 months from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. Name of the subject of the contract: “Comprehensive supply of natural high-methane gas (group E) for the Sports and Recreation Centre in Łazy for a period of 12 months from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027.”1. Gas fuel must be delivered on a 24/7 basis to the delivery and receipt points listed in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, which is a set of gas equipment used to connect the internal network, which is the property of the Contracting Authority, to the gas network of the system operator.2. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the contract quantity by up to +/- 10% in relation to the base quantity of gas fuel for the purchase of gas.
