TENDER DESCRIPTION
COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E FOR THE NEEDS OF THE POLICEALNA (POST-SECONDARY) MEDICAL SCHOOL IN PRZASNYSZ The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E FOR THE NEEDS OF THE POLICEALNA (POST-SECONDARY) MEDICAL SCHOOL IN PRZASNYSZ for the facility indicated in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The delivery of gas will be carried out on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of a contract for the sale of gas and an agreement for the provision of transmission or distribution services for natural gas (a comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the implementing regulations issued on the basis thereof.
