The detailed scope of work, standard of performance, scope of data, measurement requirements, technical parameters of the final product, requirements concerning the PostgreSQL/PostGIS database, applications, equipment, data formats and instruction are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ” (Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions).
