Comprehensive energy modernization of a building in Dobrzeń Wielki at Reymonta 4, in the “design and build” formula The subject of the contract is to design and carry out construction works under the “design and build” formula for the project entitled: Comprehensive energy modernization of a municipal building at Reymonta 4 in Dobrzeń Wielki. 1. In the design part: Development of complete design documentation together with obtaining all required arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions. 2. In the construction part: Based on the developed comprehensive design, execution of construction works aimed at improving the building’s energy efficiency, modernizing technical installations, improving architectural accessibility, and adapting the facility to applicable technical and construction requirements. The works will be carried out in an existing, occupied building, therefore the Contractor is obliged to appropriately organize and phase the works in a manner ensuring the safety of users and maintaining continuity of operation of the facility to the extent agreed with the Contracting Authority.
