TENDER DESCRIPTION

"Comprehensive modernization and outfitting of the GPSZOK in Podegrodzie” - IV 4.3. The order includes: a) renovation of the container, b) preparatory works, dismantling, demolition of the old weighbridge, c) weighbridge – delivery and installation, d) delivery and installation of the barrier gate, e) outfitting of the container, f) performing video monitoring and lighting of the PSZOK Podegrodzie. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 9.1 – 9.4 to the SWZ. The works must be carried out in accordance with construction practice, complying with Polish Standards, Technical Conditions – in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on the technical conditions that buildings and their location must meet (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022 item 1225), all applicable provisions of law, and the attached documentation. 4.4.
