TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive services in the scope of the creation and production of advertising materials, cooperation with influencers and the like, aimed at promoting the activities of NASK-PIB, on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with more than one Contractor, i.e. with 3 Contractors who submitted the most advantageous bids based on the bid assessment criteria specified in the contract notice and procurement documents. The Contracting Authority will conduct social, informational and educational campaigns aimed at informing specific target groups about the projects carried out, including in the areas of, among others, cybersecurity, disinformation, science and research, .pl domains, digital education, new technologies and the like. 2. Pursuant to Article 314(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with more than one Contractor, i.e. with 3 (three) Contractors who submitted bids not subject to rejection, and whose bids were deemed to be the most advantageous. 3.
