TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of reservation, ticket sales and successive delivery are: 1) air tickets for foreign passenger transport services (including so-called low cost) in economy class, or in the event that this is not possible, in another class offered by the carrier, 2) rail tickets for foreign passenger transport services, 3) reservation and booking of hotel rooms abroad, for the needs of official trips of employees of the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, Members of the Management Board, and councillors of the Silesian Voivodeship. Within the scope of the contract, the purchase is envisaged of: 1) up to 350 pieces of air tickets for foreign routes, 2) up to 25 pieces of rail tickets for foreign routes, 3) up to 830 foreign hotel room bookings. 2. The performance of the subject matter of the contract will be carried out successively, according to the actual needs of the Contracting Authority, with the proviso that at least 60% of the contract will be fulfilled.
