TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the competition is to develop a concept for the arrangement of a permanent exhibition entitled "Kashubian Borderland" located in the Styp-Rekowski Manor Complex in Płotowo, comprising: a. arrangement of the outdoor space of the manor complex, including the layout of communication between buildings, exhibition elements in the outdoor space, information boards and models - in particular an information board in front of the entrance, signage with the name of the museum, boards or models presenting the wooden customs building (German) and the masonry customs building (Polish), models with a stone(s)/border stones following the provisions after the Treaty of Versailles, b. arrangement of the warden’s/guards’ building, including the entrance zone with an information point and the sale of souvenirs, the exhibition hall with an infokiosk featuring a set of historical maps and thematic boards, c. arrangement of the manor house within the scope specified by the competition guidelines constituting Appendix No 1 to these regulations, d. a consistent concept for the exhibition narrative taking into account the cultural heritage of the Kashubian Borderland, including the…
