TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive care for homeless animals, including capture (trapping), the trapping of free-roaming cats, and wild animals from the territory of the City of Suwałki, in 2027-2028. 2. Under this contract: 1) taking over care for homeless animals belonging to the City of Suwałki, which are in the Sianożęć Shelter as at 31.12.2026, and providing care for homeless animals captured from the territory of the City of Suwałki in 2027 and 2028, 2) capture (trapping) of homeless animals, free-roaming cats, farm animals, and wild animals, including game animals and animals subject to protection, from the territory of the City of Suwałki in 2027-2028. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in “Description of the subject matter of the contract” (Appendix No 2) and “Key provisions of the contract” (Appendix No 7). 4.
