TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the comprehensive organisation and support of three study visits in regions that have documented experience in phasing out coal and implementing low-emission policies. The contract includes study visits in Belgium, the Netherlands and Canada. 2. The Contractor is responsible for full substantive and logistical preparation of the trips. All costs related to preparing the visit programme, organising meetings, workshops, networking sessions, transport, accommodation, translation and documentation are on the Contractor’s side. The visits must take place exclusively in the form of trips abroad, and participation in an online form is not permitted. 3. The subject of the contract has been described in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as “SOPZ”), constituting Appendix 1A to the SWZ and the draft agreement, i.e. Appendix 4A to the SWZ. 1.
