TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the comprehensive organization and management of three study visits in 2026 in regions with documented experience in phasing out coal and implementing low-emission policies. The contract includes study visits to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Canada. 2. The Contractor is responsible for the full substantive and logistical preparation of the trips. All costs related to preparing the visit program, organizing meetings, workshops, networking sessions, transport, accommodation, translation, and documentation are borne by the Contractor. Visits must take place exclusively in an outbound format; participation online is not permitted. 3.
