TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation of the 9th National Symposium ON CURRENT ISSUES IN ENGINEERING GEOLOGY IN POLAND (9. WPGI 2027) October 2027, Kielce, including services: accommodation, catering, rental of conference and workshop rooms, and other organisational services. The description of the subject of the contract includes the number of conference participants for whom the Contractor will be required to provide the service on the dates 19–22.10.2027 under the basic contract—i.e. 150 participants and the contract covered by the option right—i.e. 250 participants, as well as services provided on 18.10.2027 for a maximum of 30 persons, and information regarding the rented conference rooms. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use or to use part of the contract covered by the option right in any configuration.
