TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the service of renting exhibition space, constructing the exhibition booth along with services in the scope of: transport, accommodation, and meals during the 14th “EKOstyl” Fair, which will be held from 20 to 22 November 2026 at the Hala pod Dębowcem venue in Bielsko-Biała. 2. The purpose of the trip is to increase the participation of regional and traditional food producers in organizing a short supply chain, exchange and dissemination of knowledge and experiences concerning local products among entities involved in implementing initiatives for rural area development. A key aspect of the fair will be establishing direct cooperation between producers and food recipients as well as promoting the qualities of local, traditional, and organic food. 3.
