A. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of trips to trade fair and conference events for representatives of Małopolska SMEs and employees of MARR S.A. within the "Małopolska GO!" project to the Oslo Innovation Week 2026 fair; event date: 19.10.2026 - 23.10.2026, number of participants: 12. B. Scope of the contract: 1) Organization of air transport on the Kraków – Oslo – Kraków route: - non-stop flights, in case of flights requiring transfer maximum travel time: 6 hours, transfer guaranteed (no transfers at passenger's risk); in case a transfer flight is necessary, the contracting authority allows a maximum of 1 transfer per flight; - flight to Oslo on the day preceding the event: 18.10.2026 in the morning hours (departure times: 7:00 – 12:00) - return flight: 23.10.2026 in the afternoon hours (departure times: 12:00 – 16:00) - tickets: economy class, with 20 kg checked baggage. - pricing should include all fees related to flight organization – if any. 2) Organization of transfers in Oslo: airport – hotel (18.10.2026); hotel – airport (23.10.2026). 3) Organization of transport for participants during the Oslo event: Oslo Innovation Week 2026 has a…
