TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of a foreign, four-day study trip to Switzerland, departure on Monday morning, return Thursday evening for 20 people. The duration of the visit is 4 calendar days, 2 days on site in Switzerland, the first and fourth days are treated as travel days, with a total of 3 overnight stays on site. 2. The basic order of the visit includes the following elements: 1) Preparation and presentation to the Contracting Authority of a detailed visit program; 2) Air transport service for the participants of the visit; 3) Transport to and from the airport on the first and fourth days (Kraków - Balice); 4) Transport service within Switzerland for the participants of the visit; 5) Full-day meals for the participants of the visit; 6) Accommodation for the participants of the visit; 7) Translation service; 8) Insurance of the participants of the visit; 9) Provision of coordination and photographic care. 3.
