TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation of a foreign study visit to Switzerland devoted to issues of energy transformation, for at least 40 and no more than 50 employees of local government units (JST). The scope of the contract includes in particular: preparation by the Contractor of a detailed programme of the study visit, delivery of the programme in the substantive part, and provision of accommodation, meals, transport for participants, logistical support, insurance for participants, services of a translator and a supervisor of the study visit. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the terms of reference (swz) and will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the text of that contract — the contract template — and constitute Annex No. 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4.
