Comprehensive improvement of public space in the town of Lichynia – STAGE 1 1. The subject of the contract “Comprehensive improvement of public space in the town of Lichynia” – STAGE 1.2. The scope of works includes: 1) demolition of the building of the former kindergarten,2) waste disposal from the demolition,3) construction of a new fence on the boundary with plot 212/9 using prefabricated reinforced-concrete openwork and solid elements.3. Carrying out the task additionally includes:1) ensuring supervision over the works carried out by a construction manager with appropriate qualifications, together with all duties resulting from the construction law,2) comprehensive geodetic service and post-execution geodetic inventory together with the c-geo version,3) organization, development and liquidation of the construction site,4) preparation of a health and safety plan, if separate regulations require preparation of such a plan,5) organization and marking/signposting of the construction site,6) repairs and restoration of damaged surfaces on roads and sidewalks,7) occupation of the road right-of-way and costs associated with it,8) arranging the construction site after completion of…
