TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract meets the access criterion for all users, including persons with disabilities. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ) constitutes – Annex No 3 to the SWZ/Annex No 1 to the drafted provisions of the contract – and applies to all parts. 3. The drafted provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU) regarding the above public contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are located in – Annex No 2 to the SWZ – and apply to all parts. 4. Whenever in the OPZ requirements relating to standards, classes or specifications are indicated, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions, meaning solutions ensuring at least the same level of quality, functionality, safety and impact on the environment as indicated in the description. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is required to demonstrate that the offered solutions meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 5.
