TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive implementation in the form of “design and build” of an investment project entitled: “Renovation of a historic chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Częstochowa in Lipowa” The subject of the contract is: preparation of complete, multi-disciplinary design documentation (construction and executive design) and cost estimate documentation, and on the basis thereof, performance of construction works consisting in carrying out the investment task entitled: “Renovation of a historic chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Częstochowa in Lipowa”. The renovation will involve restoring and preserving the historic structure’s substance, both in the external and internal layers. The monument dates from before World War II and has not been thoroughly renovated to date, only secured on an ad hoc basis. However, these works were not carried out in accordance with conservation practice. Therefore, carrying out conservation works on the facility is fully justified.
