Comprehensive execution of an investment project in the “design and build” formula: Thermal modernisation of the Sports Hall as part of the investment project entitled “Thermal modernisation of the School–Kindergarten Complex in Halinów” The subject of the contract is the design and performance of construction works within the scope of thermal modernisation of the Sports Hall building at the School–Kindergarten Complex in Halinów, including insulation works for external walls, replacement of external joinery and glazing (windows and glazing), reconstruction of the mechanical ventilation installation, replacement of the central heating (c.o.), domestic hot water (c.w.u.) installations, and partial replacement of lighting fixtures. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the functional and utility programme along with attachments — Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The conditions for performing the project are set out in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
