TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract for Part I: “Comprehensive thermal modernisation of the rural community centre and Volunteer Fire Service (OSP) in Dalwin” includes, among other things, modernisation of the central heating system by installing an air-to-water heat pump together with the replacement of radiators, and installation on the roof of the building of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 4.5 kW connected to the internal low-voltage electricity grid; the new heat source technology will work together with the installed photovoltaic system. 1.1 As an additional element, the replacement of internal lighting luminaires in all the buildings described is to be priced — from fluorescent luminaires to energy-saving LED luminaires. 2. The detailed scope of works for Part I of the procedure has been included in Section V of the SWZ and indicated in the design documentation and the bills of quantities of works, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 1.
