Comprehensive thermal modernization of the building of the John Paul II Pontifical University Library in Kraków, located at 10 Bobrzyńskiego Street in Kraków 1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the task entitled "Comprehensive thermal modernization of the building of the John Paul II Pontifical University Library in Kraków, located at 10 Bobrzyńskiego Street in Kraków." The contract will be implemented in the "design and build" formula on the basis of the Functional and Utility Programme prepared by the Contracting Authority. The contract includes the preparation of design documentation along with obtaining all arrangements, administrative decisions and approvals required by applicable law, as well as carrying out construction works. 2.
