TENDER DESCRIPTION
Comprehensive thermal modernization of a public utility building, Lipnica Wielka 521 1.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment entitled “Comprehensive thermal modernization of the public utility building at Lipnica Wielka 521”, including the performance of construction works consisting in particular of redevelopment, renovation, improving energy efficiency, and adapting the building to the needs of persons with special needs, together with site development. 1.2. The subject of the contract includes construction, installation, finishing works and site development related to the public utility building located in Lipnica Wielka No. 521. 1.3. The contract constitutes a single public contract and is carried out by one Contractor. Under the subject of the contract, four tasks have been distinguished, constituting the division of the investment’s scope in terms of both subject matter and organisation.
