Comprehensive thermal modernization of a building providing support for social services at Miła Street in Bytów The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the comprehensive thermal modernization of a building providing support for social services at Miła Street in Bytów. Scope of the subject matter of the contract: • insulation of external walls, • insulation of roofs/attics above unheated spaces (stropodach roofs), • insulation of basement and foundation walls, • rebuilding chimneys above the roof, • installation of eaves flashings/coverings, • replacement of window joinery with window trickle vents as well as door joinery, • modernization of the central heating (c.o.) installation in the scope of replacing part of the cast-iron radiators and installing missing thermostatic valves, • replacement of lighting fixtures providing lighting at building entrances, • execution of a new comprehensive lightning-protection installation, • renovation of the external stairway at the building entrances of Building C along with ramps for persons with disabilities – supplementing the cladding/finishes, • renovation and replacement of the remaining…
