TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive service of organising and conducting training in the field of Level I specialisation in the profession of social worker 1. The subject of the contract includes the comprehensive organisation and conduct of training in the form of 12 two-day stationary sessions for 20 participants (women, men, hereinafter “(K/M)”) of Level I specialisation training in the profession of social worker, including: payment of the examination, providing auxiliary and teaching materials (training materials) together with provision of training rooms, accommodation and catering. The training will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance and the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 17 April 2012 on specialisation in the profession of social worker. 2. Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the contract are set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ); the remaining conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ – Contractual provisions as planned.
