TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in maintaining order and cleanliness: a) in the common parts of residential buildings, b) in areas adjacent to these buildings, such as: sidewalks, entrances, internal roads, parking lots, green areas (including lawns, shrubs, hedges), utility yards, refuse shed areas, etc. c) in undeveloped areas constituting properties of the SRK S.A. Branch — AZM (Administration of Housing Resources) — on an ad hoc basis, at the request of the Contracting Authority: • plots in accordance with demand — up to 50,000.00 m2 1.1.
