Comprehensive preparation of the programme, and carrying out a one-day workshop-and-outdoor training combining the substantive part with an interactive educational field game. • Comprehensive preparation of the programme, development of the scenario, delivery of materials and equipment, and carrying out a one-day workshop-and-outdoor training combining the substantive part with an interactive educational field game (outdoor learning / gamification).• Substantive objective: Equipping management, managerial and administrative staff with knowledge, skills and attitudes (the so-called “green competences”) necessary for implementing pro-environmental changes in the university’s core and support processes. The training includes integrating climate objectives with strategic planning, optimising resource use, green public procurement, and increasing the coherence of AWF’s activities with the European Green Deal and the 2030 Agenda.• Additional competency objective: breaking communication barriers and organisational silos, building a culture of cooperation between faculties, and developing teamwork skills in conditions of implementing organisational transformation
