The subject of the contract is comprehensive cleaning of office and sanitary premises and communication corridors (corridors, foyers, basements, external stairs) in the building of the Łomża City Hall, Stary Rynek 14, and of the premises used by the Office in other buildings: 1) Łomża City Hall, Pl. Stary Rynek 14 – area 3163 m², 2) Łomża, ul. Farna 1 – area 295 m², 3) Łomża, ul. Wojska Polskiego 25 – area 220.74 m², 4) Łomża, ul. Polna 16 – area 300 m², 5) Łomża, ul. Sikorskiego 176A – Market Hall – 226 m², 6) Łomża, ul. Krzywe Koło 1 – Pastor’s Cottage – 505.8 m², 7) Łomża, ul. Nowa 2 (premises on the 3rd and 4th floors – office rooms) – 406 m², 8) Łomża, ul.
