TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of an insurance service covering: 1) compulsory motor third party liability (MTPL) of vehicle owners for damage arising in connection with the operation of the owned vehicles in accordance with the Act of 22 May 2003 on compulsory insurance, the Insurance Guarantee Fund and the Polish Motor Insurers’ Bureau (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 783), specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2) voluntary motor own damage (auto casco) insurance for vehicles specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3) voluntary insurance for accident consequences of the driver and passengers of vehicles specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2.
