TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of the Municipality of Świętochłowice and its organizational units, cultural institutions, i.e. the Municipal Public Library in Świętochłowice, the Museum of Silesian Uprisings in Świętochłowice, the Centre of Silesian Culture in Świętochłowice, and the Municipal Local Economy Enterprise in Świętochłowice Sp. z o.o. in the years 2027-2028. - Part I - Insurance of property against all risks and civil liability, The contract also includes an option right consisting in extending the contract for a further 12 months in each part of the contract in respect of the risks covered by the basic contract. The option right is specified in § 10 of the contract template for each part of the contract. The detailed scope of services that are the subject of the contract is included in appendices No 1, 1A-1H and 11 to the specification. These appendices are confidential.
