1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of property and civil liability of the RADKOM Production-Services-Trade Company „RADKOM” Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject of the contract includes the following risks: A. Insurance of property against all risks B. Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, C. Insurance of machinery against breakdowns and damage, D. Insurance of construction machinery and equipment, E. Insurance of civil liability. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 1.
