TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: providing a service of comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness of the premises and care of green areas at the University of Wrocław Facilities at ul. Przesmyckiego 10 and at ul. Przybyszewskiego 63-65 in Wrocław. 2. The total area covered by cleaning amounts to: 36 260 m2 3. The detailed scope of activities, the frequency of their performance, the list of rooms, areas, as well as organisational and technical requirements are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 4. The detailed scope of obligations for performing the subject of the contract and the payment conditions are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft Contractual Provisions. 5.
