TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is: “Comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the Regional Court buildings for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, together with maintaining cleanliness on the adjacent external areas”. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into three parts. Part I of the subject matter of the contract includes the main scope of the service and the scope of the service covered by an option. Part I includes the buildings of the Regional Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź located at: • al. Kościuszki 107/109 (building covered by the main scope of the service), • ul. Wólczańska 138 (building covered by the main scope of the service), • ul. Pomorska 37 (building covered by an option). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (scope of services and activities) is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, which forms an integral part of the SWZ. The draft provisions of the contract for the public procurement, which will be incorporated into the contract, have been specified in Appendix No 5A to the SWZ.
