TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is: “Comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the buildings of the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, together with maintaining cleanliness in the adjacent outdoor areas”. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into three parts. Part I of the contract includes the main scope of the service and the scope of the service covered by the option. Part I includes the buildings of the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź located at: • al. Kościuszki 107/109 (building covered by the main scope of the service), • ul. Wólczańska 138 (building covered by the main scope of the service), • ul. Pomorska 37 (building covered by the option). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (scope of services and activities) is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which forms an integral part of the SWZ. Draft provisions of the contract for the public contract, which will be introduced into the contract, have been specified in Annex No. 5A to the SWZ.
