TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. 1. The subject matter of the contract is: providing a service of comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the premises and cleaning of surfaces and outdoor areas of the Student and Doctoral Activity Centre building, located at Piastowska 1a Street in Wrocław. 2. The total area covered by cleaning amounts to: a) internal floor area + wall tiles – 1,676 m2 b) external area - 120 m2 3. The detailed scope of activities, the frequency of their performance, the list of rooms, areas, and the organisational and technical requirements have been set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 4. The detailed scope of obligations for performing the subject matter of the contract and the payment conditions are indicated in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Draft Contractual Provisions. 5.
