Comprehensive support for elderly persons and persons with disabilities ZIT MOF Piła - Senior Day Club The subject of the contract is the renovation and alteration of premises in a building in Krzewin at ul. Kasztanowa 5. The Senior Club premises are located in a building currently performing the function of a multi-family residential building, previously constituting a manor house. The part of the building covered by the investment scope is a unit located on part of the ground-floor area. The investment undertaking is the renovation and alteration of internal elements of the subject premises. Scope of works: 1. Chiselling out and widening door openings in internal walls. 2. Blocking up door openings. 3. Replacement of tiled floors; renovation of wooden floors/ parquet. 4. Wall cladding with glazed tiles in the kitchen and sanitary rooms. 5.
