Comprehensive execution of energy connections and emergency power supply installations for the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rypin 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete multi-discipline design-and-cost documentation along with all necessary pre-design works, including, among others, obtaining the necessary opinions, conditions, approvals, arrangements, decisions and carrying out construction works (the “design–build” formula) together with the supply of equipment. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is contained in the Functional and Utility Programme constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.
