Comprehensive rescue security for the Kartuski Swimming Pool “Neczk” by lifeguards The subject of the contract is comprehensive rescue security for the Kartuski Swimming Pool “Nëczk” by lifeguards. 2. Object characteristics: a sports swimming pool with dimensions of 25.00 m x 12.5 m, i.e. 312.50 m² with six lanes and a depth of 1.2 m – 1.8 m (the pool together with the technical facilities fully meets the requirements for holding sports competitions). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 4. Performance of the subject of the contract may be entrusted only to lifeguards who hold: a) Authorisations of a lifeguard required by applicable regulations, granted by an authorised entity in accordance with the Act of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 714), b) A completed course in qualified first aid (KPP) enabling the performance of activities specified in Article 14(1) points 1-9 of the Act of 8 September 2006 on State Medical Rescue (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 141), c) Up-to-date medical examinations confirming fitness to perform work in the position of lifeguard,…
