Comprehensive renovation of 2 residential premises no. 57 and 77 located in Łódź at Wierzbowej 38 Street in the “design and build” formula The subject of the contract is to carry out the task under the “design and build” formula, covering the full cycle of design and execution activities, leading to obtaining two residential premises in a standard that allows them to be used immediately after the final acceptance, while maintaining a consistent “for rent” standard in both premises. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall perform an inventory of the existing condition, prepare design documentation (including interior layout and furniture layout), obtain the required approvals/arrangements, carry out construction and installation works, carry out tests and measurements, and then hand over the as-built documentation and the premises for use. The Description of the Subject of the Contract is defined by: the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU) – Annex A to the SWZ; the Contract Template – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
