Comprehensive renovation of bathrooms in the building of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Brzeg The subject of the contract is comprehensive renovation of up to six bathrooms located next to the rest rooms in the building of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service / JRG in Brzeg at ul. Saperska 16.2. The guaranteed scope includes four bathrooms marked for work purposes as B‑1 to B‑4. The scope covered by the option right includes up to two bathrooms marked for work purposes as B‑5 and B‑6.3. All bathrooms have a comparable functional scope. The quantities provided in the SWZ and OPZ are for reference purposes only. The Contractor calculates the price based on the entire set of contract documents.4. The scope includes all demolition, construction, sanitary and electrical installation works, finishing works, delivery and installation of equipment, testing, measurements, as-built documentation, securing the operational facility, and removal of waste.
