TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive renovation of the entrance zone to the Tax Office building in Łosice under the design-and-build procedure;The scope of the contract includes:• preparation of design documentation,• securing the site for the duration of demolition, dismantling and construction works,• dismantling elements of the canopy above the building entrance (roof covering, sheet-metal fittings, a stormwater drainage system, • dismantling the infill of the side wall of the canopy,• dismantling the support structure of the canopy and the canopy intended for renovation and reinstallation,• dismantling railings and handrails of the stair flights and the ramps for persons with disabilities,• chipping off cladding made of gres tiles from the landing, stair flights and ramps for persons with disabilities and from skirting blocks,• controlled chipping off of the top non-structural concrete layer of the landing, stair flights and ramps for persons with disabilities in order to adapt to the applicable technical requirements and installation of prefabricated elements,• removal of the existing plaster on the plinth,• dismantling existing signs/boards, disposal, purchase of new ones and installation,•…
