Comprehensive procurement of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services Comprehensive procurement of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services The subject of the contract is the comprehensive procurement of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the points of supply listed in Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 2. The estimated demand for electricity for individual tariff groups during the term of the contract has been specified in the List of electricity supply points constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ, based on electricity consumption in 2025, and is for guidance only, intended for comparing contractors’ offers. The Contracting Authority stipulates that this does not constitute, on the part of the Contracting Authority, an obligation to purchase electricity in the quantity provided. The Contractor shall not have any claim against the Contracting Authority in respect of non-pickup of the anticipated quantity of electricity.
