TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works within the project “Complete Reconstruction of the Building and Reduction of Energy Intensity – House of Arts Piešťany”, the aim of which is the comprehensive refurbishment of a building that is a national cultural heritage monument, while preserving the building’s heritage value and improving its technical condition, safety, and operational functionality. The contract includes the execution of construction works on the following construction objects: SO 01 House of Arts SO 02 Landscaping PS 01 Lifts Within the construction works for SO 01, the following will be carried out: - External shell - Roof structures - Exterior infill structures - Reconstruction of the UK heating system - Reconstruction of the ZTI sanitary engineering (health-technical) systems - Reconstruction of the VZT ventilation system.
