TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive support for civil vehicles of the TATRA brand through authorized repair shops/sales outlets that are members of the distribution system of the TATRA vehicle manufacturer. Comprehensive support means providing out-of-warranty repairs and maintenance for civil vehicles of the TATRA brand and supplying original spare parts for civil vehicles of the TATRA brand from the official spare parts price list confirmed by the manufacturer of the relevant motor vehicle brand (TATRA DEALER PORTAL) for the Bratislava Region, Nitra Region, Trnava Region and Trenčín Region. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is set out in Section B.3 Description of the subject of the contract of these tender documents.
