TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply, offtake and distribution of electricity for the City of Martin – bundled electricity supply, offtake of surpluses from electricity generation facilities, ensuring the distribution of electricity and assuming liability for deviation under Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on amending certain laws, as amended (hereinafter only the “Energy Act”), Act No. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries and other generally binding legal regulations relating to the field of the electricity sector (hereinafter together only the “Energy Regulations”), for the points of supply listed in Annex No. 1 to the tender documents. The supply of electricity must comply with the technical conditions and the operating rules of the electricity distribution network operator and must be in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic (Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on energy, ÚRSO Decree No. 24/2013 as amended and Government Decree No. 317/2007 as amended).
