TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is the procurement for the Contracting Entity’s project for developing good practices for compost inspections. More specifically, the subject matter of the procurement is expert services, the task of which is to prepare an assessment of the current state of compost inspections as well as a guide and communication materials on good practices for compost inspections. The project is intended to be carried out in cooperation with the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities (Suomen Kuntaliitto ry), waste management authorities of municipalities, and the necessary other authorities and expert parties. In addition, residents who practice home composting must be heard in an appropriate manner as part of the project. In data collection, for example surveys, interviews and workshops may be used. The service provider is responsible for the planning, implementation, cooperation with stakeholders, analysis of the material, reporting, and for preparing the guide and other communication materials produced in the project, as well as for presenting the results of the project in public and stakeholder events.
