TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a concentrate of coagulation factor VIII (plasma-derived or recombinant) in order to ensure continuity of treatment for patients with haemophilia A — hereinafter referred to as “coagulation factor”, with a availability category of Rp or Rpz, to the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers indicated by the National Blood Centre (hereinafter NCK) (hereinafter RCKiK), on the terms set out in this SWZ. 2. Total number (purchase quantity): 20 000 000 units. 3. Dose ratios — in accordance with the SWZ. 4. The concentrate of coagulation factor must be supplied together with a set enabling its administration. 5. When selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase of the medicinal product, but by no more than 20% of the above subject matter of the contract, in the event that the amount allocated for performance of the contract is exceeded or objective and justified needs arise in particular due to changes in patient demand. 6.
