TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of concentrate of coagulation factor VIII (plasma-derived or recombinant) to ensure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with Rp or Rpz availability category, to the Regional Blood Donation and Hemotherapy Centers (hereinafter RCKiK) indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK), under the conditions specified in this SWZ. 2. Total quantity (purchase volume): 20,000,000 IU. 3. Dosage proportions - in accordance with the SWZ. 4. The concentrate of coagulation factor must be delivered together with a set enabling its administration. 5. When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase of the medicinal product, but by no more than 20% of the subject of the contract above, in case of exceeding the budget allocated for the contract execution or arising objective and justified needs, in particular changes in patient demand. 6.
