TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a concentrate of recombinant coagulation factor IX, minimum generation II, in order to ensure continuity of treatment for patients with hemophilia B—hereinafter “coagulation factor”, of availability category Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients designated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) or another authorized entity—Regional Blood Donation and Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), under the terms set out in the SWZ. 2. Total number (purchase quantity): 150,000 units. 3. Dose proportions in each of the deliveries—according to the SWZ. 4. The coagulation factor concentrate must be delivered together with a set enabling its administration. 5. When selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase of the medicinal product, but by no more than 20% of each part of the above-mentioned subject of the contract, in the event of exceeding the amount allocated for performance of the contract or the occurrence of objective and justified needs, in particular a change in demand among patients. 6.
