TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract – the concession is the creation of the relevant stages of design documentation for the purpose of constructing a winter sports stadium in the city of Bruntál (hereinafter “ZSB”), engineering activities related to the construction of the ZSB, the construction of the ZSB and the subsequent operation of the ZSB. In addition to the ZSB’s own hall, the subject of design and construction also includes the construction of outdoor volleyball courts and parking areas in the vicinity of the ZSB hall, including service access roads. However, the subsequent operation concerns only and exclusively the ZSB, not the outdoor volleyball courts, parking areas and access roads. The parking areas will be publicly accessible, including the service access roads; the management and operation of the outdoor volleyball courts will be ensured by the contracting authority on its own account.
